Return Policy

Furniture (Case Goods and Upholstery)
 
You may return the item within 7 days from delivery date for a refund of purchase price minus any delivery fees and pickup fees.  The item(s) must be in NEW condition and cannot show signs of wear or in any other way be distressed.  
 
You may reselect from our catalogs or store stock for a period of 30 days if the item you purchased is not what you wanted or is not working out for the area you wished to utilize it. The item(s) must be in NEW condition and cannot show signs of wear or in any other way be distressed.   A Damage fee can be assessed on any item that is not in the condition  delivered / picked up in. This Damage Fee will be deducted off the refund at time of processing and will be at Management’s Discretion for Damages.
 
A re-stocking fee of 10% applies to any special order that is returned.  A Special order is any item that we do not normally carry in stock.   
 
The refund will be processed on the pay type that you paid for the original purchase after we have possession of the item.
 
We reserve the right to refuse refund on any item that is abused.
 
 
Mattresses (All Manufacturers)
 
On any Mattress from our Premium Line-Up, you have up to 10 days to reselect a mattress of equal or lesser value for a “comfort return”.   Our Premium Line-Up is any  mattress set from any of our manufacturers over $499. 
 
On any “comfort return”, the item must be in NEW condition and cannot show any sign of wear or stain.  
 
On any other issue, the Manufacturer Warranty applies.
